Eureka launched a new robot vacuum cleaner last week: the Eureka J20 robot vacuum cleaner. The robot vacuum cleaner is equipped with a mopping function and comes with an all-in-one docking station, where it can be charged and cleaned.
RollRenew mopping system
The Eureka J20 is a robot vacuum cleaner with a mopping function. The RollRenew mopping system, as Eureka calls the technology, ensures a continuous supply of fresh water during cleaning.
Unlike many other robot vacuum cleaners with a mopping function, the Eureka J20 features dual rotating mop pads. Eureka promises that even ‘persistent stains from spills like red wine, tomato sauce, or coffee' can be removed. This is a comparable technology that I came across in the Yeedi Vac 2 Pro review.
The robot vacuum cleaner has two water tanks: one for clean water and a 250-milliliter tank for collecting dirty water.
All-in-one docking station
The Eureka J20 robot vacuum cleaner comes with an all-in-one docking station. Here, the robot vacuum can not only be charged but also automatically emptied. And that's not all: the mop pads are cleaned and dried automatically. Additionally, the dirty water is disposed of, and the clean water reservoir is refilled with water and detergent.
The docking station has a capacity of 3 liters. According to Eureka, users can go up to 75 days before the bag needs to be replaced with a new one. The water tanks also have a capacity of 3 liters.
Eureka J20 release date and price
For those who are eager to buy the Eureka J20, they will have to wait a little longer. The new robot vacuum cleaner will be presented during CES 2024. The expected release date is somewhere in the first half of 2024. Prices have not been announced yet.
