Eufy has announced a new successor to the X8 Hybrid: the Eufy Robovac X8. It is a robot vacuum with a mopping function.
Eufy Robovac X8 Pro
The new Eufy Robovac X8 is a robot vacuum with a mopping function. The robot vacuum features Twin Turbine technology, which is expected to provide twice the suction power of its predecessors, including the Eufy Robovac X8 and the Hybrid X8. Eufy even promises a suction power of two times 4000 Pa.
There is also a redesigned brush, a so-called Active Detangling roller brush. This is good news for pet owners because pet hair can be better removed from carpets with this V-shaped brush. And thanks to the detangling system, the hair does not get stuck in the roller brush. This makes it an interesting robot vacuum for pet hair.

Automatic Charging and Emptying Station
The Eufy Robovac X8 comes with a charging station where the robot vacuum can also be automatically emptied. A similar station to what I discovered in the Roomba J7+ review. It has a capacity of 2.5 liters, which according to Eufy should be sufficient for collecting dirt for up to 45 days.
The robot vacuum navigates using iPath laser technology. This allows the Robovac X8 to navigate in the dark and on dark floors.
Robovac X8 Pro Purchase: Release Date and Price
The Eufy Robovac X8 Pro is available immediately through the Eufy website and major retailers such as Amazon. The Robovac X8 costs €599.99 with the emptying and charging station, but is also available without this station for a price of €449.99. View the Robovac X8 Pro at Amazon.
